Emergency responders were called to a one-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon on FM 2126 (the access road).
The accident occurred at around 4:30 PM Wednesday at the curve about 1 mile northeast of the Austin Avenue intersection.
Responders on scene said that the teenage male driver appeared to only have minor injuries after his Dodge pickup left the roadway and crashed into a fence and a tree. No one else was in the vehicle at the time of the accident. The wet road was a contributing factor to the accident.
The driver was being treated by Guardian EMS. Texas Department of Public Safety, Brownwood Fire Department, and Brown County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene.
