One Source Health Center Santa Anna to Host Open House Friday

The public is invited to celebrate the Open House for One Source Health Center Santa Anna on Friday, May 17 from 2-5pm.

The staff of One Source would like to welcome the public to the clinic and invite them to the open house.  Several health fair screenings will be offered from 2-4pm in the clinic.  Free Cholesterol and Glucose screening, blood pressure screening and Oximeter checks will be offered to the first 40 participants.
