District Attorney Micheal Murray reported that another felony case was recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis, presiding.
Michael Marx pled guilty to the felony offense of Theft and three separate Delivery of a Controlled Substance cases and was sentenced to Two (2) Years, Texas
Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division in each case.
