NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The City of Brownwood’s Zoning Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing for the following request at City Hall Council Chambers, 501 Center Ave, at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, January 9, 2018:
(VAR 01-18) 107 Bowie Circle: Requesting a variance of 9 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement and a variance of 4 ft. into the 6 ft. sideyard setback requirement to build a carport.
