Press Release from BISD – Northwest Elementary recently announced award winners for the second six weeks. Among those receiving awards were the recipients of the Good Choice Award. Each grade level teacher chooses one student from his or her class who has consistently made good choices for the six weeks. The staff at Northwest believes that all children can make good choices, making this a coveted award.
Awards were also presented to students for Outstanding Achievement in P.E. and Music.
