Nelda was what was called a ‘Scout Widow’, by supporting her husband for many years through his dedication to Scouting in Lampasas and Brownwood.

Nelda was preceded in death by her mother and father, and her husband of 62 years. She is survived by her sons: Don Walske of Granbury; Gary Walske, his wife, Sue, of New Braunfels; and her two grandchildren, her pride and joy, Jonathan Davis and Kathleen Joy Walske of New Braunfels.
