A memorial service for Nancy Elaine Biles Miller, age 90, of Brownwood, Texas will be held 2:00 PM Friday, February 2, 2018 at the Union Presbyterian Church under the direction of the Heartland Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service. Mrs. Miller passed away Sunday in a local nursing home.
