Mickey Dwayne Scott passed away Monday May 9, 2016 in Brown County, Texas. He was born August 13, 1953 in Eastland County, Texas to Ruben and Velma Scott.
Mickey was an accomplished Snap On Tools dealer in Brown and surrounding counties for almost 20 years before retiring in 2005 to spend time with his family.
He is survived by his 2 sons, Chad Scott and wife Amanda of Comanche, Tx., and Neil Scott and wife Monica of Keller, TX; two step-children, Kim Finch of Brownwood and William Finch and wife Wendy of Waynesville, MO. Mickey was also blessed with 11 grandchildren, Malori, Azalee, Cody, Tyson, Jacob, John, Levi, Payton, McKenzie, Tucker, and Brendan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruben and Velma Scott, wife Ann Finch Scott, and stepdaughter Missy Finch.
Funeral Services for Mickey Scott will be on Friday, May 13, 2016, 10:00 AM in the Davis-Morris Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Eddie Ailshie officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Davis-Morris Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Comanche County.
