Funeral services for Michele Eldred, age 52, of Colorado City, will be at 2:00 PM, Tues. Oct. 2, 2012 in the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery in Comanche. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6:00 until 8:00.
On September 26th, 2012, God decided to take the best angel He created back. Michele (Couch) Eldred, born 12-9-59 in Odessa, Texas, passed away peacefully in her sleep leaving behind loving husband Michael Eldred, three loving and very caring daughters; first born Brandi Jaye (Weedon) Adiputra; second born Nikki Renee Allen Emerson, and third and last born Lindsey Brooke (Allen) Wright; God-daughter Karry Ann Landis. She was preceded in death by her father Johnny Couch. Survivors are mother Barbara Couch, two brothers, Rick Couch and Phillip Couch. Grandchildren, Quest Lance Weedon, Coastas James Dorsey, Mazie Dabyan’Ann Locklear, Kiley Amethyst Burns, NaKayla Burns, Coley Isaiah Burns, Damien Terrell Jeff, Cain Prince Jeff, Miami Renee Jeff, Cherish Destiney Wyatt, Taylor McKenzie Wyatt, Braxton Henry Wright.
Michele was the most caring person in the world. She brought true meaning to giving the shirt off her back just to help someone else out. Michele was very close to her three daughters whom she lived her whole life for. This world has lost a truly special angel that was placed on this earth to spread her love, happiness and care-free spirit. To others she will be missed more than words can describe. In loving memory of Michele Renee (Couch) Eldred, who loved purple, we would like to honor her by asking everyone to wear some type of purple to her services.
