Michael “MT” Ray Tidwell, age 64 of Brownwood, went to be with the Lord April 14, 2015 at Lifecare Hospital in Fort Worth.
He was born July 8, 1950 in Dallas to Nolan Odell Tidwell and Lawanda Long Tidwell. He grew up in Odessa and graduated from Odessa High School in 1967.

Anyone that met Mike knew how he always made people laugh with his amazing stories; he liked to fish and was a wonderful cook. He absolutely loved the Dallas Cowboys and John Wayne. And had an unwavering love of the Lord and his family, especially his sons and grandchildren.
Mike is preceded in death by his mother, father, three brothers – Donnie Tidwell, Steve Tidwell and Mark Tidwell and most recently his uncle, Leon Tidwell. He is survived by his sons Guy Tidwell of Brownwood, and Dillon Tidwell and wife Kimberly of Brownwood. His two grandchildren Emma Lenee and Kylon Lee Tidwell.
