Michael D. Netherton
Graveside service for Michael D. Netherton, age 55, of Brownwood will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Zephyr Cemetery.
Michael D. Netherton was born on January 26, 1962 in Brownwood to Fred “Buck” and Wanda (Walters) Netherton. Our Heavenly Father opened up His arms to receive him on March 5, 2017 at 11:55 pm to take him Home. Michael is rejoicing, for he is free of pain. His wishes were to be cremated.
Michael graduated from Brownwood High School. After school, he went to work in factories. He loved to watch the Dallas Cowboys. Several years ago, he became interested in genealogy. He joined Ancestry.com where he could trace the family tree. He would sit for hours looking up everybody related. It brought him joy.
Those left to cherish his memories are his sisters and brothers, Shirley and Cipri Partida, Fred and Paula Netherton, Debra Perry, Richard Netherton, all of Brownwood; Clifton and Debbie Netherton of Early; Mary Netherton and Jessica Netherton of Brownwood, and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Buck and Wanda, son, Josh; sister Peggy and his grandparents.
Michael loved his family, and he will be missed by all. His memory will remain in our hearts forever.
