Confirmations have been received for 12 local and statewide candidates (or a representative) to be present for the Pecan Valley Republican Women’s ‘Meet the Candidates Forum.’ The forum will be held at Ranger College at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, July 25th. Ranger College is located at 300 Early Blvd in Early at the north end of Heartland Mall. Light refreshments will be served.
The Forum will give voters the opportunity to meet local and statewide candidates for the Primary Runoff Election taking place on July 31st. Each candidate will be allowed a few minutes to introduce themselves and briefly state why they should be elected. Then each candidate will be asked a few questions and given the opportunity to express personal views/plans regarding different issues. The public is encouraged to attend, and to bring questions for the candidates.
