Herbal Teas will be the subject of a Lunch-and Learn program hosted by the Brown County Master Gardeners Association at 12:00 noon on Thursday, June 2 at the AgriLife Extension office in Brownwood.

Local herbalist, gardener and musician Debra Mathis will discuss growing, drying and preparing various herbs to be used in teas for medicinal and culinary purposes.  Anyone interested is invited to come and bring a sack lunch.

A brief business meeting will follow the program to discuss the upcoming Master Gardeners class to start in September.
