“Sprouts” will be the subject of a Lunch & Learn program sponsored by the Brown County Master Gardeners Association and AgriLife Extension office Thursday, Sept. 1, 12 noon, at the extension office, 605 Fisk Ave., in Brownwood.
Brownwood area gardener, herbalist and musician Debra Mathis will present the program, covering growing sprouts and the nutritional benefits of sprouts.
Anyone interested is invited to bring a sack lunch. The program is free. A brief business meeting will be held after the program. For further information, call Mary Green Engle, 325-784-8453.
