Mary Alice Walker was born August 23, 1937 in Merkel, Texas the daughter of the late Dennis William and Easter Campbell Walker. She married Garry Veber in Denver, Colorado in 1957 he preceded her in death in July, 2004. Mary Alice was an avid gardener loving all types of flowers, she was also a florist designing all types of floral arrangements.
She had only lived in Brownwood the past four years, making an impact on all who knew her.

7 grandchildren
Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends
Preceded in death by her parents, husband and a son, Kreg William Veber
She passed away August 30th. A private family service will be held at a later date
