Maria Natalia Balencia, 83, of Goldthwaite, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2012, at the Goldthwaite Health & Rehab Center in Goldthwaite.
As per the family request, her body will be cremated under the direction of Netherton Funeral Home and Cremations in Brownwood. No services or visitation has been scheduled at this time.
Maria Natalia Vasquez was born on November 17, 1928, in Jourdanton, Texas to Vincent Vasquez and Roberta Ibarra Vasquez.
She is survived by her husband, John Balencia of Goldthwaite; children, Tommy Valencia, Raymond Balencia, Joe Balencia, Helen Bela and Josie Balencia: 16 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her children, Raymond Balencia, Henry Balencia and David Balencia.
