Brownwood News – UPDATED 5:00 pm Monday
Brownwood ISD continues to work closely with state and local health departments to protect and provide services to our staff, students, and community, as well as prevent the potential spread of COVID-19.
March 16 Updates:
- Travel Form – Before returning to campuses, all BISD students and staff should complete the travel form found online at https://www.brownwoodisd.org/springtravelform. This form allows us to provide individualized health information to those who traveled to particular areas.
- BISD COVID-19 Webpage – A central hub has been set up for the latest information regarding the Brownwood ISD COVID-19 Response Plan. Please monitor www.brownwoodisd.org/covid19 for our most current information.
- Food Service – Beginning Tuesday, March 17th, Brownwood ISD will be offering FREE drive-through and pick-up meals for breakfast and lunch for kids up to 18 years old, regardless of where they go to school. Locations where meals will be available for pick-up include Brownwood High School, East Elementary School, and Northwest Elementary School. Maps for pick-up routes and schedule information can be found online at www.brownwoodisd.org/covid19.
BISD faculty and staff are working diligently this week to formulate plans to provide instructional services to our students while school is not in session. These plans will be communicated on or before Friday, March 20.
BISD continues to monitor the latest information and will be posting regular updates as they become available.
