Brownwood News – According to the City of Early Police Department, Mason Carpenter, 22 of Lake Brownwood, who was wanted by Early and Brownwood PD, has turned himself in to the Brown County Jail. Carpenter was wanted by the Early PD for tampering with evidence resulting from a shooting in Early last Thursday, December 5, 2019. That is all the information we have at this time.
