District Attorney, Micheal Murray says that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, with Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.
Matthew Lopez pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to 22 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
In a separate case, Randall Roy Russell, pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a controlled substance-drug free zone and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
