Brownwood News – Loyalty Day is normally observed at East Elementary, but not this year. According to Commander James Masters, a group of Veterans from the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3278 and American Legion Post 196 held a Loyalty Day observance at the Veterans Memorial.
