Funeral services for Louisa Stephens, 96, of Kerrville and formerly of Bangs will be held at 10 AM Monday, April 22, 2019 at the First United Methodist Church in Bangs.  Burial will follow at Bangs Cemetery.  Mrs. Stephens passed away March 31, 2019 in Kerrville.  Davis-Morris Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Louisa Stephens.
