Lorna Harris

Lorna Rita Ann Harris, 70 years of age, died May 16, 2016 at her home in Brownwood, Texas, surrounded by her three children. A graveside service is planned for Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 11:00 am, at the May Cemetery in May. The service will be officiated by Jerry Leslie. Heartland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Harris was born in Snape, England, on August 8, 1945 to Walter and Olive George of Wales. She married Paul T. Harris in England, while stationed in the Air Force, on April 30, 1966. Lorna was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and a caring servant of the sick. She will be remembered for her compassion for others and her selfless service of love. She was a Certified Nurse’s Aide and served so many for over 25 years.

Lorna is survived by her three children, Gary Harris of Brownwood, Tracy Hoover of Abilene, Pricilla and Will Wyatt of Abilene, three grandchildren, Questie Van Huss of New Port, VA, Carter Wyatt of Abilene, Finley Wyatt of Abilene, and great-grandson Skylar Houston of Virginia.
