Amie Bane of Lone Star Taxidermy and Processing located in Owens received a special plaque recognizing her business’ partnership with The Deer Project of Good Samaritan Ministries. The processing plant at that location has been a part of The Deer Project since its inception in 2009, and Bane has been a part since she and her husband took ownership in 2010.

“Our processors are an important and vital part of The Deer Project and this plaque just stands to honor their years of partnership,” said Angelia Bostick, Executive Director of GSM.
