Brownwood News – In addition to the 8th Annual Trick or Treat Trail at the Depot Plaza in Brownwood, check out the following locations for additional Halloween fun on this Thursday night.
- Western themed Trunk’er Treat starting at 6:00 pm at the church at 2515 Avenue D. Snacks and refreshments free of charge, hayrides and a cake walk.
- Lehnis Railroad Museum will offer free train rides from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
- Drive-thru Trunk or Treat at Midtown Church, 1813 Third Street from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
- Southside Church, 1219 Indian Creek, is having Trunk or Treat from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Non-scary costumes are encouraged for this event.
- Vicksburg Retirement Community, 3020 4th Street, will host trick or treaters from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Come to the doors underneath the awning.
- The Brown County Sheriff’s Department will be passing out free bags of candy and goodies at the Law Enforcement Center, 1050 West Commerce. Stop by between 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm.
- Greenleaf Cemetery Association board members and volunteers will be handing out candy to Greenleaf visitors between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, in honor of residents and Downtown Brownwood business owners who are laid to rest at Greenleaf.
- a-Mazed at First Baptist Church at Lake Brownwood from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Cardboard maze, hot dogs, chips, Kool-aid and cookies and free for all ages.
- D2 Escape will be open tonight from 8-10 pm. They have a horror themed escape experience for a discounted rate when you use the code Halloween19. You can reserve the experience at bookeo.com/d2escape
- Haven of Hope at 1617 Main Blvd. in Brownwood will have their Fall Festival tonight from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Enjoy free games and food and a special skit.
