The Brownwood Lions keep snagging recognition for their amazing season as the 2010 Class 3A All-State high school football team selections were announced Tuesday.
14 accolades were given to 12 Brownwood Lions. Wide receiver Jaxon Shipley was selected as the offensive player of the year while linebacker Caden Ellis got the defensive player of the year pick.
The selections were voted on by the Texas Associated Press Sports Editors based on regular season performance.
Lions who received all-state honors include the following:
