The Brownwood Lions baseball team and the Lady Lions softball team each had wins in Tuesday night games.
The Lions hosted the Graham Steers in District 2-3A play on Tuesday and pulled an impressive come-from-behind victory. Brownwood came back for the 9-8 win after being 6 runs down at one point.
The Lions go 12-7-1 overall for the season and 2-1 in district. The Lions will travel to Sweetwater on Friday for their next district match-up.
The Lady Lions softball team had a big showing on Tuesday as well when they faced Sweetwater in a District 2-3A game. Brownwood beat Sweetwater 13-2 in the fifth inning.
The Lady Lions have an undefeated district record at 4-0.
