Visitation for Linda Ferguson-Felkey, 57, of Brownwood, will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm on Saturday, November 30, with a Service of Remembrance beginning at 2:30 in the Netherton Funeral Home Chapel.
Linda passed away on Monday, November 25, 2013, at her home in Brownwood.
Linda Arlene Elliott was born on September 1, 1956, to Edwin Elliott and Sallie Jefferson Elliott in Fort Worth Texas. She married Ron Felkey in Washington State and together they made their home in Brownwood. She had worked as a waitress at Brownwood Café for many years before becoming an aid at Girling Health Care. Linda had a great love of birds and had a special talent for nursing and nurturing them until they could care for themselves.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Cody Cass and Charlie Cass and wife Jennifer, all of Brownwood and Blake Edwards of Eastland; daughters, Alina Collins and fiancé Justin Kilgore of Joshua Texas, Halley Felkey and Ashley and Jy Lutrick, all of Granbury, and Rachel and Denver Donaghe of Bastrop; brothers, Dewayne Elliott and wife Misty and Sam Elliott and wife Lori, all of Brownwood; Sisters, Doylene Davis and husband Danny, of Early and Brenda Edwards and husband Raymond, of Brownwood and Sandra Elliott, also of Brownwood.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Amber, Danna, Whitney, AJ, Heather, Keirsten, Sydney, Brianna, Tyler , Tagen, Ronnie, Leland, Clare, Lauren, Aubrey, Levi, and Kale.
Linda was preceded in death by her mother, Sallie Sparks, husband, Ron Felkey, and a grandson, Dusty Ray McClure.
