A memorial service for Linda Darlene Evans, 64, of May, Texas will be held Saturday July, 12, 2014 , 2:00 pm at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in the Holder community with Rick Couch officiating. Mrs. Evans went to her Heavenly home on Saturday July 5, 2014. Her final resting place will be at Pleasant Valley Cemetery, May, Texas at a later date.
Mrs. Evans is survived by her father James A. Johnson, of May, Texas; her son, James B. Evans and wife Debbie Jalayne; granddaughters, Makenzie Jordan and Madison Lagene; grandsons, Colton Gray and Jacob Anders; Sisters Patricia Gail Davis and husband Larry, Alice Elaine Johnson and Janie Garza of San Marcos, Texas; Judy Jeanette Johnson of Lubbock; Nephew, Cory McMahan; Nieces, Casey Brewer of Lubbock and Samantha McBee of Dalhart. She is also survived by many Uncles and Aunts and a host of friends and neighbors.
Mrs. Evans enjoyed crafting with yarn. She would crochet, make Christmas trees, and yarn toys for her grandkids.
