Linda Catherine (Bailey) Creech, of Midland, Texas, born on November 18, 1943 in Brownwood, Texas, to the late Pearl Brown Bailey and the late Marion L Bailey, passed away at age 74 on March 9, 2018. She was a bookkeeper. Linda was married to Charles Creech April 26, 1961 in Midland, Texas. Linda went to school in Brookesmith, Melvin and graduated high school at Midland High School. She was preceded in death by her parents Marion L and Pearl (Brown) Bailey, brothers, Brown Bailey and Darrell Bailey. Linda is survived by her husband, Charles Creech, son, Brian Creech; and brother, Garland Bailey, many nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Charles, a retired long-haul truck driver, is in a long term care facility. Linda loved her son Brian, affectionately known as “Bink”, dearly. The two were almost inseparable. She loved all of her nieces and nephews as if they were her own.
Private family service will be held graveside, officiated by Bro. David Barnum, on Saturday, March 17 at 1:00 p.m. at Cedar Point Cemetery, Brownwood, Texas.
