Leona Pearl Boler, age 86, passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2020 in Brownwood.
A visitation will be at 9 a.m. Friday, January 10.
Funeral service will follow in the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel in Early at 10 a.m.
Interment will be at Coleman City Cemetery in Coleman, TX.
Leona was born in Silver Valley, Texas to W. A. Wells (William Artie) and Lillian Reynolds on Saturday, July 29, 1933. She attended school in Coleman and worked the Woolen Mill and Comet Dry Cleaners in Brownwood. Leona married Tim Beal on September 15, 1951 where their union was blessed with 3 children. After the passing of her first husband Tim, Leona married Jerry Boler on December 4, 1984 in Abilene. Leona had a passion for gardening, sewing, painting, and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Leona is survived by her loving husband Jerry Boler of Lake Brownwood; son, Michael Beal and wife Debbie of Owens; daughters, Debra Sikes of Early, TX, Pam Lake and husband Robert of Lake Brownwood; step-daughter, Kathy Goble of Clyde; brothers, Artie, Wayne, Billy, Mike and Dub Wells; sisters, Johnnie Howard, Louise Lizana and Lorene Amos; grandchildren, Stacy Schwab and husband Jake of Blanket, Amanda VanAllen and husband Steven, Martha Smoot and husband Dre, Cody Beal and wife Ashley all of Lake Brownwood, Chris Sikes and wife Crystal of Bertram, Crystal Moore and husband Tom of Brownwood, Steffanie Sharp and husband Chris of Early; 2 step-grandchildren, Brandon Goble and wife Lindsey of Potosi, Justin Goble and wife Brooke of Clyde; 17 great-grandchildren and 4 step great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, sisters, late husband Tim Beal and son-in-law Greg Sikes.
