Funeral services for Lennie Neal, age 93, of Early, Texas will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at the Heartland Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 PM Monday at the funeral home. Mrs. Neal passed away Saturday, November 03, 2012 in a local nursing home.
Lennie was born on January 20, 1919 in Voca, Texas and was the last surviving sibling of eleven children born to Zim and Mollie Wrin Pinson. She was a homemaker and a lifetime resident of this area. During the 1960’s she worked for the Golden Age nursing home which is now CARE nursing home.
Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husbands Milton Brannon and Russell Neal, three sisters Bessie Hinshaw, Vera Huddleston, Dorothy Eoff and by seven brothers E.L, Bert, Ted, Oran, Oliver, Cecil and Auddie Pinson.
