  • 2:45 p.m. Brownwood Police met with a reporting party (victim) at the Brownwood Law Enforcement Center. A report was generated for identity theft.

Tuesday, September 04

  • 3:12 p.m. A Brownwood Police Officer responded to the 100 block of N. Fisk Avenue in regards to an accident. The driver at fault was arrested for driving while license invalid without financial responsibility.
  • 5:45 p.m. Brownwood police officers were dispatched to a south Brownwood Address regarding an active domestic disturbance. An investigation was completed and an arrest was made.
  • 8:46 p.m. Officers with the Brownwood Police Department responded to the 1600 block of 9th Street in reference to a Hit and Run. A report was generated for this incident.
  • 8:56 p.m. A Brownwood Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on a white passenger car for defective equipment in the 500 block of W Commerce St. Subject was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance PG1<1G.
