Friday, May 16
*2:59 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to a north Brownwood address regarding the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. According to the report, an employee had taken the complainant’s vehicle without permission back in February and she now wished to pursue charges.
*8:57 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1600 block of Austin Avenue regarding theft. According to the report, a tire had been stolen off of a vehicle at the location.
*10:29 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2500 block of Vincent Street regarding theft of metal less than $20,000. A suspect has been identified, the report states.
*9:37 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was at Cici’s Pizza, in the 1100 block of Clements Street in Brownwood where 63-year-old Robert Lee Danner of May was intoxicated inside the restaurant and began cursing and yelling at another male. There were numerous other people inside the restaurant, when the incident occurred, the report states. According to the report, Danner was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
*10:18 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2400 block of Monterrey Drive regarding a domestic disturbance.
* Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of theft at a residence on FM 2126. According to the report, the complainant was at his home with friends and family on Friday night, May 16th shooting a new pistol he had purchased from a friend. The complainant stated that the pistol was lying on a counter in the house, unloaded, when he went to bed; however, he discovered the pistol was missing the next morning, the report states. The complainant had spoken to the mother of one of the guests, who told him her son wanted to sell the pistol and had shown it to his brother-in-law, according to the deputy’s report. The pistol, a Taurus PT 709, 9mm semi-automatic, was valued at $250.
*A Brown County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a property in the 2600 block of FM 586 in Bangs regarding the theft of livestock. According to the report, the deputy met with the complainant who stated that 2 of his Boer goats, valued at $440, were missing, and he believed they had been stolen.
*A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched to the intersection of CR 406 and CR 407 in May, TX on a report of an illegal dumping. According to the report, a sofa and several box springs with a mattress were observed on the west of County Road 406, approximately 100 yards north of CR 407. The deputy was unable to locate any identifying information, there were no witnesses, and there are no known suspects at this time.
*Brownwood Police arrested 20-year-old Callie Mariah Browne on a warrant related to motion to revoke/tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair. Browne was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bond.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Richard Preston Conley of Houston on a warrant related to harassment.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old Selso Ortiz of Brownwood on a warrant related to administrative release violator.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Lily Katelin Maxwell of Fort Worth for evading arrest, resisting arrest search or transport, and on a warrant related to motion to revoke/possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram
Saturday, May 17
*2:16 AM – Brownwood Police responded to the 500 block of E. Commerce regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 37-year-old Jason Lloyd Bell of Brownwood for assault with injury family violence by strangulation.
*10:45 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched to the area of Limerick Drive at Lake Brownwood regarding illegal dumping. According to the report, the deputy spoke with the victim who advised sometime between 7:00 PM on May 16th and 10:15 AM on May 17th, an unknown person illegally dumped trash in a trash dumpster he rents for his personal use. Personal information was found in the items that were placed into the dumpster, the report states. The complainant wished to pursue charges for illegal dumping.
*8:14 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 300 block of Center Avenue regarding theft. According to the report, the complainant advised his gas cap had been stolen from his vehicle.
*11:23 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched to the 2600 block of Waco Street in Brownwood regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, the deputy made contact with the victim and discovered she had seriously injured her right arm/shoulder. After interviewing all parties present on scene, probable cause determined 38-year-old David Ernest Tucknott of Brownwood had assaulted the victim. Tucknott was arrested and the victim was transported to the Brownwood Regional Medical Center by ambulance.
*1:24 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 200 block of W. Commerce regarding theft. According to the report, an employee of EZ Pawn had stolen approximately $3,300 worth of jewelry before she was terminated for a different theft.
*3:10 PM – Brownwood Police located a wanted subject in a vehicle in the 1200 block of Austin Avenue. According to the report, a quantity of methamphetamine and paraphernalia were located. 27-year-old Jessica Elizabeth Parsons and 35 year-old Katrina Leann White, both of Brownwood, were arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Parsons was additionally charged with possession of marijuana.
*Brownwood Police arrested 36-year-old Patricia Ann Martinez of Brownwood on a warrant related to violate protective order.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Grant Lee Norris on a Tom Green County warrant related to possession of marijuana.
*Brownwood Police arrested 22-year-old Naomi Puentes of Brownwood on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $500 less than $1500.
*Texas Parks and Wildlife game warden arrested 60-year-old Gary Lynn Richardson for boating while intoxicated.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Alexander Villarreal of Brownwood on warrants related to no driver’s license and failure to appear.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Austin Rand Welker of Brownwood on warrants related to two counts of possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone. Welker was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $30,000.
Sunday, May 18
*3:59 AM – Brownwood Police responded to the 3600 block of Surrey Lane regarding narcotics. According to the report, officers made contact with the resident and consent was given and a search was conducted. The search led to the arrest of 32-year-old Julian Gomez, Jr. of Brownwood for manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams in a drug free zone and possession of marijuana in a drug free zone. 19-year-old Saxxon Ozborne Holliday was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone. Gomez was being held in the Brown County Jail lieu of bonds totaling $16,500 and Holliday in lieu of $15,000.
*5:32 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1800 block of 7th Street regarding criminal mischief.
*12:55 PM – Brownwood Police responded to Wal-Mart regarding an intoxicated male. According to the report, the male subject was located behind another nearby business. The male, identified as 45-year-old Chad William Beasley of Brownwood, was checked by EMS and found to have inhaled a chemical and was criminally trespassed from the business where he had purchased the chemical, the report states.
*2:12 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 100 block of E. Mayes Street regarding the burglary of a vehicle while it was parked outside of a local business. According to the report, almost all of the stolen property was recovered.
*2:34 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1600 block of Waco Street regarding theft. According to the report, the complainant stated that since the first of the year, he has noticed things missing from his home and recently he noticed some antique knifes to be missing. A possible suspect was named.
*3:15 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 3300 block of Stephen F. Austin regarding theft. According to the report, the complainant stated that someone had completed an unauthorized withdrawal from his checking account.
*4:48 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy met with a complainant regarding harassment. The complainant stated that his ex-wife has been sending him harassing text messages. He did not want to file charges, but only wanted her to stop and requested her to be criminally trespassed from his residence, as well as from his girlfriend’s residence; due to the harassing nature of the text messages.
*6:55 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2800 block of Southside Drive regarding the theft of $30 of gasoline.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 62-year-old Don Allen Fitzpatrick for driving while intoxicated 3rd or more. Fitzpatrick was being held in the Brown County Jail lieu of $10,000 bond.
*Early Police arrested 47-year-old Donna Graham of Tolar for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Graham was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $12,000.
*An Early Police officer observed 2 vehicles traveling east in the 100 block of Early Blvd that were speeding and appeared to be racing. According to the report, the officer observed them for a short time and they continued to increase speed staying side by side. Both vehicles were able to be stopped and the officer placed both drivers, identified as 17-year-old Lindsey Rachel McKinney of Brownwood and 18-year-old Zachary Chance Squyres of Early under arrest for racing. Early Chief of Police David Mercer explained that racing is a class B offense, which means drivers are arrested instead of issued citations like the general traffic violations (which are class C offenses).
Monday, May 19
*Bangs Police arrested 42-year-old Susan Tamara Vallejo of Austin on Travis County warrants related to felony probation violation possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), Theft $1500 to $20,000, and driving while license invalid.
