Saturday, September 6
*7:02 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a property on County Road 198 regarding an assault. According to the report, the caller stated that her daughter had assaulted her after a verbal argument.
Monday, September 8
*7:10 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a property on Blarney Drive at Lake Brownwood regarding criminal mischief. According to the report, the complainants stated that someone had damaged their vehicle the previous night. A possible suspect was named, the report states.
*1:47 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was contacted regarding illegal dumping by a property owner on Whitaker Lane. According to the report, the complainant stated that an unknown person had dumped a mattress and other debris on her property during the early morning hours of Sunday, September 7th.
*1:47 PM – Brownwood Police were called to Walmart regarding a hit and run. According to the report, the complainant stated that someone struck his vehicle in the store parking lot and fled the scene without leaving the required information.*5:28 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to the EZ Mart on Hwy 279 regarding the violation of a protective order. According to the report, the complainant worked at the convenience store and the subject that the protective order was against was allegedly at the EZ Mart at the time of the call.
*7:04 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 700 block of Walnut Street regarding an assault. The complainant wished to pursue charges and a male subject was issued a citation for assault by contact/offensive touch, the report states.
*33-year-old Tony Aguilar of Early turned himself in on warrants related to possession delivery of drug paraphernalia, no driver’s license when unlicensed and violate promise to appear.
*24-year-old Kevin Ray Allen of Brownwood turned himself in on a warrant related to a parole violation.
*27-year-old Joeleliza Pesina Arellano of Brownwood turned herself in on a warrant related to assault causes bodily injury.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old Erion Jay Cash of Abilene on a warrant related to motion to revoke/possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
*Brownwood Police arrested 23-year-old Marco Antonio Castillo on a warrant related to a parole violation.
*Brownwood Police arrested 55-year-old Tony Randall Holmes of Brownwood on a Johnson County warrant related to theft by check.
