Wednesday, September 2
*8:24 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 700 block of Almond Street regarding an assault.
Thursday, September 3
*9:25 AM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding the burglary of a habitation. According to the report, many items were taken from the residence during the burglary; however, several items have been recovered.
*10:04 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 500 block of N. Center Avenue regarding criminal mischief. According to the report, the windows of the complainant’s business had been damaged.
*11:15 AM – Brownwood Police responded to the 200 block of S. Broadway, the Brown County Courthouse, to conduct a follow-up interview with 28-year-old Deena Drake, who had been transported to the courthouse by Howard Payne DPS Officer Bob Pachett. According to the report, the BPD officer was informed by probation staff that Drake was in possession of marijuana and had surrendered the marijuana to Officer Pachett prior to being transported. He delivered the marijuana to the probation staff, the report states.*12:05 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding the theft of medication. No suspects have been identified, the report states.
*2:04 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of W. Commerce regarding theft. According to the report, the caller stated that a shoplifter was in the parking lot next to a gray Toyota Sienna minivan in row 6. Upon the officer’s arrival, the suspect admitted to taking items from inside the store. This call led to the arrest of 43-year-old Richard Ray, Jr. of Brownwood for theft greater than $50 less than $500.
*6:19 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the law enforcement center regarding a case of trespassing. According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 22-year-old Grayden P. Perez of Austin for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
*10:28 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 600 block of Avenue G regarding a runaway juvenile.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old Alandra Nicole Dillard of Brownwood on a warrant related to failure to appear/manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 equal or greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams. Dillard was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $60,000 bond as of Friday morning.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Aleixa Flores of Brownwood on a warrant related to bail jumping and failure to appear. Flores was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bond as of Friday morning.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40-year-old Mary Jean Harrell of Brownwood for possession of a dangerous drug.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38-year-old Dominic Nicholas Ward of Early on a warrant related to possession of drug paraphernalia.
Friday, September 4
*Gray County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Stetson Allen Standish on a warrant related to motion to revoke/criminal trespass.
