Wednesday, September 28
*9:34 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Terrace Drive regarding the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. According to the report, the complainant had taken her vehicle to a mechanic to be worked on but when she returned to pick up the vehicle, it was gone.
*Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 500 block of E. Commerce regarding theft of service at a local restaurant.
*11:39 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 600 block of Carnegie Street regarding a female subject stumbling down the street. According to the report, this call was initiated by citizens requesting a welfare check on the possibly intoxicated female. After an investigation, 26-year-old Mecora Marie Smith of Brownwood was taken into custody for public intoxication.
*6:42 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s Corporal was dispatched to Price Lane regarding criminal mischief. According to the report, the complainant stated an unknown person drove onto the airstrip located at the property, causing damage to the runway.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Tresta Donahoo regarding motion to adjudicate/sexual assault of a child.*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 29-year-old Aleixa Flores of Brownwood for a warrant related to expired registration.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 22-year-old Juan Israel Hernandez of Brownwood for driving while license invalid, failure to appear and no driver’s license.
Thursday, September 29
*10:06 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the area of Austin Avenue and Bonita Street regarding a welfare check. According to the report, this call resulted in the arrest of 60-year-old Jenny Prack Roark of Arlington, Texas for driving while intoxicated 3rd or more.
*11:46 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Phillips Drive regarding theft.
*2:40 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 400 block of W. Commerce regarding theft. According to the report, this call led to the issuance of a citation to the suspect.
*3:39 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Market Place Drive regarding the burglary of a motor vehicle. According to the report, a cooler was stolen out of the back of the complainant’s vehicle.
*8:01 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of Terrace Drive regarding a disturbance involving an assault.
*9:29 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of Lori Lane regarding an assault. An investigation is ongoing and a suspect has been identified, the report states.
*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to the area of Highway 279 and Belfast Drive. According to the report, a male subject identified as 44-year-old Timothy Allen French of Brownwood stated he had been assaulted while at a relative’s home about five minutes prior to the deputy’s arrival. French had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and person, his words were slurred and he was very uneasy on his feet, according to the deputy’s report. French was placed under arrest for public intoxication as a result of this call. During an investigation, it was discovered that French had been on a property of a subject who had a protective order against him and French was additionally charged with the violation of a protective order, the report states.
*Two Brown County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to County Road 405 East regarding a stolen 1993 Harley Davidson motorcycle. An investigation is ongoing the report states.
*A Brown County Sheriff’s sergeant located a vehicle which had been reported to be involved in a possible disturbance. According to the report, after gaining consent, marijuana was located in the vehicle and an occupant, identified as 33-year-old Jonathan Ray Roberson of Austin, Texas, claimed ownership. Roberson was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
*Brownwood Police arrested 37-year-old Timothy Scott Barrow of Brownwood on warrants related to public intoxication and violate promise to appear.
*Early Police arrested 27-year-old Jessica Renae Allen of Early for theft.
*Early Police arrested 44-year-old Julia Lopez of Comanche on a Hamilton County warrant related to theft greater than $20 less than $500.
Friday, September 30
*1:48 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 300 block of E. Commerce regarding an assault. According to the report, after an investigation, a suspect was identified.
