Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Friday, September 3, 2010.
Wednesday, September 1
*8:09am – Police responded to the Brownwood Middle School and issued two citations for Disorderly Conduct by fighting.
*10:31am – Brownwood Police responded to the 100 block of Southpark Drive on a report of a counterfeit $5 bill.
*9:30pm – Brownwood Police responded to a report of a stolen cell phone in the 2800 block of Southside Drive. A warrant will be issued for a possible suspect’s arrest.
Thursday, September 2
*Early Police arrested 34-year-old Hugo Munoz of Cisco (no charges released as of report); 42-year-old Mario Pacheco-Guerra of Laguna Niguel, California; and 37-year-old Salvador Jose Palma (no residence released as of report) on Border Patrol Detainers.
*11:52am-Brownwood Police received a report of theft. Further information led to the investigation of theft of medication.
*3:54pm- Brownwood Police responded to the 900 block of Early Blvd. regarding a report of theft. Further information gathered and investigation led to the arrest of 54 year-old Jerry Roger Tucker of Bangs for Theft greater than $1500, less than $20,000.
Friday, September 3
*11:18pm-Brownwood Police responded to the 2400 block of Southside Drive where a complainant advised police he had just been in a physical altercation after catching two subjects breaking into his vehicle. Brownwood Police arrested 20-year-old Seaver Ray Roper, Jr. and 20-year-old Michael Paydan Beard, each charged with Burglary of a Vehicle, Possession of a Dangerous Drug, and Public Intoxication and a third subject, 28-year-old Joe Dell Knowles for Public Intoxication.
*12:31am-Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of Bluffview in reference to a burglary. The complainant advised that a known female suspect had just shattered a window in her apartment and the windshield of a friend’s car. The suspect has been identified; however, no arrest had been made at the time of the report.
All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
