Tuesday, September 22

*2:51 PM – Brown County Sheriff’s investigators, while traveling north on Hwy 183 and working interdiction, observed a passenger who was not wearing a seat belt in a pickup truck stopped at the intersection of FM2273 and made a traffic stop.  According to an arrest affidavit, the driver was identified as Anthony Willett and passenger was identified as Elizabeth Willett, both known by the investigators to be methamphetamine abusers.  One of the deputies noticed Elizabeth to be sitting on a check which was signed by someone neither of the two knew, the affidavit states.   A consent search of the vehicle found a 10 gallon plastic container inside the cab of the truck which contained mail from 10 different addresses which included several checks, according to the investigator.   A search of Elizabeth’s purse found check books, individual checks and a credit card in other individuals’ names, the affidavit states.  A total of 8 pieces of identifying information was found in their possession along with a prescription bottle belonging to another individual with 78 Tramadol tablets and a sterling silver were found inside Elizabeth’s purse, according to the affidavit.  The ring had been ordered through the mail by an elderly female, the affidavit states.  Anthony admitted that the pair had stolen the items from mailboxes in the area and that he was aware of the stolen checks in his and Elizabeth’s possession, according to the investigator.  Both Elizabeth and Anthony Willett were arrested and charged with fraudulent use/possession of identifying information, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams, and theft of property less than $50 from a public servant/elderly.

Wednesday, September 23

*11:51 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was called to a residence on Lakeshore Drive in May, TX regarding trespassing.  According to the report, the complainant stated she was scared of her son, who had been acting aggressive towards her and that she was scared he may hurt her or himself.

*11:06 PM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop on a vehicle in a business parking lot in the 500 block of W. Commerce regarding a defective headlight.   This stop led to the driver, identified as 25-year-old Jacoby Clint Martinez of Brownwood, being arrested for driving while license invalid.

*Early Police arrested 30-year-old Luis Rivera Cintron of Brownwood for failure to identify and operating motor vehicle without valid driver’s license.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 20-year-old Darrayn Alexandria Solis of Brownwood on a warrant related to failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 equal or greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams.

Thursday, September 24

*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to the 3100 Block of Hwy 67 West regarding a woman walking down the middle of the roadway. According to the report, when the deputy arrived, a witness stated that the female had gotten into her vehicle.  The female, identified as 48-year-old Sylvia Moreno of Early, was located and found to be highly intoxicated, the report states.  A male subject, identified as 21-year-old Christopher David Moreno of Early, had arrived on scene to pick up Ms. Moreno, and when his identification was checked through dispatch, he was found to have a warrant out of Brownwood Police Department for his arrest, according to the report.  Sylvia Moreno was arrested for public intoxication and Christopher Moreno was arrested for the active warrant.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41-year-old Alejandra Demestric Hall for driving while intoxicated 3rd.
