Saturday, September 17
*1:27 AM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the 200 block of W. Adams Street. According to the report, this stop led to the arrest of the driver, identified as 50-year-old Chandice Maurine Hatley of Brownwood for driving while intoxicated/open container.
Monday, September 19
*12:23 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy met with a complainant who reported that he lost a pistol on his ranch but does not believe it was stolen. This was documented by the deputy, according to the report.
*12:36 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of Avenue B regarding a domestic disturbance.
*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a property near Lake Brownwood regarding the theft of a trailer with property on it. According to the report, information regarding the description of the trailer and missing property was taken and a possible suspect was named.
*Brownwood Police arrested 43-year-old Jason Lee Gray of Rising Star, Texas on a parole warrant.*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30-year-old Mario Guerra of Brookesmith, Texas on a warrant related to tamper/fabricate physical evidence. Guerra was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond as of Tuesday morning.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Cody Lynn Lewis of Snyder, Texas on surety withdrawals related to unauthorized use of a vehicle and bail jumping and failure to appear.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Charles Mitchell Nash of Odessa, Texas on a warrant related to failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Nash was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $30,000 bond as of Tuesday morning.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Ashley Ann Partain of Odessa, Texas for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and on a warrant related to failure to appear possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram. Partain was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bond as of Tuesday morning.
Tuesday, September 20
*Early Police arrested 31-year-old Joshua Lee Hidrogo of Comanche, Texas on warrants related to failure to appear, open container, violate promise to appear, and speeding.
*Brownwood Police arrested 26-year-old Mecora Marie Smith of Brownwood for public intoxication.
