Law enforcement arrests and reports released September 1, 2011.
Wednesday, August 31
*11:47am-Brownwood police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Davis Lane regarding criminal trespass. Management requested a criminal trespass warning be issued to a former employee for all of the company’s properties.
*1:17pm-Brown County Sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registration in the area of Hwy 279 and FM 3021. The driver, identified as 26-year-old Shane Clinton Paduch, had no insurance on the vehicle and his driver’s license was suspended for no insurance. Paduch was arrested for Driving While License Invalid.
*2:49pm-Brownwood Police received a request for trespass warnings to be issued to two subjects, a male and a female, for the property of a local church on W. Commerce as requested by church officials. The two subjects were located and issued the warnings.
*7:04pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Market Place Blvd., to a local hair salon in reference to theft of services. The complainant stated that a person left without paying the full price of services rendered.
Thursday, September 1
*12:19am-Brownwood Police conducted a pedestrian stop in the 200 block of Fisk Avenue. As a result of this stop, 21-year-old Jayton Paul Roberts of Bangs was placed under arrest for public intoxication. 26-year-old Lisa Marie Golub was also arrested for public intoxication and Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz.
