Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, August 3, 2010.

Monday, August 2

*Around 10:15pm, multiple units from multiple agencies responded to a report of a one vehicle rollover accident on Hwy 377 outside of Early.  Three injuries were reported at the scene and one person was taken to Brownwood Regional Medical Center for treatment.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office took a report from a man who claimed that his former wife used his identifying information to open credit card accounts in his name.

*Brown County Sheriff’s office was called to a residence on Hwy 279 regarding theft of a satellite dish.

*Brown County Sheriff’s office received a report of a stolen iPhone approximately two months ago.  The victim reported that she believes whoever stole the phone is accessing data on the phone to access her Facebook account and send messages.

*Brownwood Police arrested 18-year-old Luis Castaneda for Possession of Marijuana <2 ounces.

Tuesday, August 3

*Bangs Police arrested 41-year-old Brenda Leona Callahan.  She was charged with Possession of Marijuana <2 ounces in a Drug Free Zone and Driving While License Invalid-Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility.

*Bangs Police arrested 33-year-old James Doyle Wiley for Possession of Marijuana <2 ounces in a drug free zone.

*Brownwood Police responded to a report of an intoxicated person in a business located in the 400 block of W. Commerce.  Police arrested 59-year-old Dale Rex Myers of Early for Public Intoxication.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
