*12:27 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 3300 block of Stephen F. Austin regarding disorderly conduct and theft. According to the report, a window air conditioning unit was stolen from the property.
*4:56 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Melwood regarding an assault.
Tuesday, August 23
*1:13 AM – Brownwood Police met with a citizen at the law enforcement center regarding found property. According to the report, the citizen had found a cellular phone in the roadway in the area of Stephen F. Austin and Stewart Street.
*4:21 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of W. Commerce regarding theft. According to the report, $1350 in cash was stolen from the bank.
*6:24 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant who reported that her cell phone was stolen while at the Brownwood Middle School, located at 1600 block of Calvert Road.
*7:01 PM – Brownwood Police received a report of the theft of a bicycle approximately a week ago in the 3600 block of Golding Road.
*Bangs Police arrested 26-year-old Christopher Andrew Bankhead of Brownwood on City of Bangs municipal warrants related to failure to appear and failure to maintain financial responsibility.*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Dakota Michael Cross of Blanket on a warrant related to motion to revoke/driving while intoxicated 2nd.
*Brownwood Police arrested 20-year-old Anthony Francisco Duffy of Brownwood on a warrant related to assault family violence/house member impede breath.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Laramie Sheree Hash of Brownwood on a parole warrant.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22-year-old Kristopher Allan Roe of Brownwood on a parole warrant.
