Wednesday, August 12

*11:00 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1200 block of Looney Street regarding theft.  An investigation is ongoing, the report states.

Thursday, August 13

*8:00 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Oakland Drive regarding a medical emergency.  This call resulted in an investigation of possession of marijuana, the report states.

*9:46 AM – Brownwood Police received a phone call from a female subject reporting that her ex-common law spouse had been harassing her.  The incident was documented, according to the report.

*10:43 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Fisk Avenue regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, two buildings in the area had been spray painted with black paint.  The roadway in the 200 block of Fisk was painted with yellow paint, the report states.  Possible suspects described as Hispanic males teenage to young adult were described by a witness said to be wearing ripped skater style jeans and black hoodies, according to the report.

*3:02 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 800 block of Neumann Street regarding suspicious male subjects.  According to the report, during an interview with one of the males, he tossed a small vial containing suspected drug paraphernalia away from the officers at the scene, the report states.  The male, identified as 50-year-old Troy Glaeske of Brownwood, was arrested for tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.

*5:08 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 1400 block of Oakland Drive regarding found property.  According to the report, the caller had found a roll of copper wire in the street at Oakland Drive and Austin Avenue.  The complainant stated that he had taken approximately 11 feet of the wire and sold it to Brownwood Iron and Metal for about $21, but had began to feel guilty for selling the wire and advised if someone claimed it he would replace the portion that was sold, the report states.  The roll of wire was taken to the law enforcement center where it was tagged and placed for safe keeping, according to the report.

*9:18 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the area of 4th Street and Avenue I regarding several pit bull dogs running around in the area.  During this call, a vehicle pulled up into the alley way behind the residence, the report states.  The driver of the vehicle, identified as 26-year-old Ronnie Pena of Comanche, was arrested for driving while license invalid with previous convictions.

*10:26 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of Terrace Drive regarding a domestic disturbance.  This call led to the arrest of 19-year-old Jonathan Colby Moore of Brownwood for assault causing bodily injury family violence and possession of a dangerous drug.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 59-year-old David Lee Bergman of Brownwood on a warrant related to a parole violation.

*27-year-old Tempress Fawn Duncan of Early turned herself in on a warrant related to fraud.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25-year-old Chad Keith Payne of Coleman on warrants related to evading arrest/detention, failure to identify giving false/fictitious information, and a parole violation.

*27-year-old Cody Lee Porter of Mullin turned himself in on a warrant related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone.
