Monday, August 11

*11:30 AM – Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a stolen ATV and trailer from a property in the 7100 block of N. Hwy 183 in Early.  According to the report, the theft had occurred sometime during the overnight hours.

*5:12 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2300 block of Main Blvd. regarding a report of assault family violence.  According to the report, both parties were separated prior to the officer’s arrival and both parties had minor injuries.  Both parties refused to file charges against each other for the assault; however one party did wish to pursue criminal mischief charges due to a $3000 television being damaged.

Tuesday, August 12

*9:58 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 900 block of W. Baker Street regarding theft.  According to the report, the officer met with two separate victims.  The main resident of the house stated that an unknown suspect stole his television and wallet.

*10:19 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1100 block of Indian Creek Drive regarding the burglary of a building.  According to the report, a storage building was broken into and items were taken sometime during the past three weeks.

*11:00 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy received a complainant from the owner of an RV park on Hwy 67/377 in Early of theft of service.  According to the report, the owner stated that a tenant had disappeared for approximately one month, leaving his RV trailer at the RV Park and is no longer paying his rent or utilities.

*1:33 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 300 block of E. Commerce regarding an incident of shoplifting which was in progress.  According to the report, just prior to the officer’s arrival, the complainant reported the suspects had exited the store and driven away in a black Suburban on C.C. Woodson Road.  A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle in the 100 block of C.C. Woodson Road, the report states.   After an investigation, 22-year-old Justin Don Lewis and 22-year-old Alexander Jose Martinez, both of Brownwood, were each arrested and charged with fraud/destroy/removal/concealment.

*8:05 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding the burglary of a habitation.  According to the report, several items of clothing were taken from the complainant’s residence and a suspect had been identified.

*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy responded to the report of a domestic disturbance at a residence on David Street.  According to the report, dispatch advised a call had been received from a female stating a male had struck her in the head with a beer bottle.  Upon the deputy’s arrival, a male and female were interviewed and further investigation led to the arrest of 43-year-old Ruth Marie Pannell of Brownwood for assault with bodily injury family violence.

*Texas Juvenile Justice Department arrested 17-year-old Heather Nicole Bass of Dayton on a warrant related to assault public servant.

*Brown County sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old Ricky Louis Robertson of Dallas on a warrant related to two counts of forgery financial instrument.

Wednesday, August 13

*Bangs Police arrested 29-year-old Alex Arrellano, Jr. of Brownwood on a warrant related to ran stop sign.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46-year-old Ernest Soto, Jr. of Brownwood on a warrant related to motion to revoke/theft of property greater than $1500 less than $20,000.
