Wednesday, August 10
*4:21 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding the theft of his dog from a property outside of Early.
Thursday, August 11
*1:45 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to a residence on Forrest Hill Drive regarding theft. According to the report, a diamond ring valued at $6500 was reported stolen from the residence.
*2:49 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1000 block of 11th Street regarding the burglary of a building which was believed to have occurred between the hours of 8:15 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. this date. An investigation is ongoing, the report states.
*3:11 PM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the 900 block of Booker Street. According to the report, this stop resulted in the arrest of 30-year-old Tamara L. See of Brownwood for driving while license invalid without proof of financial responsibility.
*5:24 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 Street of Mulberry Street regarding criminal mischief. According to the report, the complainant’s vehicle had been damaged.*7:19 PM – Brownwood Police were called to a residence on Pebble Brook Court regarding harassment. According to the report, the complainant’s estranged husband continues to text her and her children after being told to stop contact.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 28-year-old Christopher Ryan Fell of Brownwood on warrants related to disorderly conduct/noise, expired driver’s license, and two counts of failure to appear.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Tabatha Lee Hyles of Brownwood on a warrant related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone. Hyles was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail as of Friday morning.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 28-year-old Daniel Ray Lewis of Bangs on a warrant related to criminal trespass.
*Brown County Sheriff’s office arrested 34-year-old Billy Clyde Moore of Brownwood on a warrant related to tamper with evidence.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 63-year-old Monty Jack Reid of Brownwood on two warrants related to motion to adjudicate/exploitation of elderly and motion to adjudicate/two counts of misapplication of fiduciary. Reid was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $25,000 as of Friday morning.
Friday, August 12
*35-year-old Tony Aguilar of Early, Texas was arrested for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone.
*31-year-old Alex Arellano, Jr. of Brownwood was arrested for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
