Monday, July 28
*5:15 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a residence on Highway North 279 in reference to an unwanted person. According the report, the property owner stated to the deputy that he no longer wanted a female subject to be at his house. At the property owner’s request, she was served a criminal trespass warning, and given a courtesy ride to her residence.
*5:47 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to CR 321 for a loose livestock. According to the report, the complainant stated that he noticed a tan/grey male donkey on his property when he arrived home around 5:00 p.m. He advised he did not want the animal on his property and asked the deputy to try to locate an owner, or call a cowboy to have the animal removed, the report states. The deputy attempted to locate an owner, but was unable and subsequently called for an on-call cowboy to have the animal estrayed. The animal was transported to the Brownwood Law Enforcement livestock holding pins.
*Early police arrested 32-year-old John Robert Gudramovics of Early on a warrant related to possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Cody Wayne Harrell of May on warrants related to driving while license invalid and violate promise to appear.
*Brownwood Police arrested 38-year-old Michael Royce Hobbs on a warrant related to a parole violation.Tuesday, July 29
*Early Police arrested 52-year-old Glenda Kay Cornelius of Early for unauthorized use of a vehicle.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21-year-old Jacob Martinez of Midland on a warrant related to failure to appear/traffic, consumption of alcohol by a minor and no liability insurance.
*29-year-old Shelbie Nicole McCoy of Early turned herself in on a warrant related to possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
*Brownwood Police arrested 28-year-old Jessie Rick Noyola of Brownwood for criminal trespass and on a warrant related to motion to revoke/theft of property equal to or greater than $20 less than $500 by check.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-oldd Carlos Lynn Talamantez of Brownwood on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/credit card abuse. Talamantez was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $25,000 as of Tuesday morning.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Checilia A Washington of Bryan on a warrant related to manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 3/4 less than 28 grams in a drug free zone. Washington was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond as of Tuesday morning.
