*6:18 PM – Brownwood Police responded to Wal-Mart regarding theft. According to the report, a female suspect stole $28.41 worth of merchandise.
*7:50 PM – Brownwood Police were called to Wal-Mart regarding the theft of a wallet. According to the report, the complainant did wish to pursue criminal charges. Video surveillance clearly showed the suspect stealing the wallet, which was reported to have $300 cash inside at the time of the theft, the report states.
*9:08 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2000 block of Brady Avenue regarding the burglary of a building. According to the report, four storage units had been broken into on this date. Several tools were stolen from one of the units. An investigation is ongoing, the report states.
*11:40 PM – Brownwood Police were called to Wal-Mart regarding theft. According to the report, the complainant stated that an unknown female stole her cell phone. A small search was conducted from the GPS coordinates provided by the complainant but nothing was located, the report states.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27-year-old Kevin Gary Barnes of Abilene on a Brown County warrant related to a surety withdrawal/delivery of a controlled substance and a Taylor County warrant related to assault family violence. He is being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.
*Early Police arrested 37-year-old Bobby James Crouch of Early for contempt of court.*23-year-old Lauren Nicole Dees of Brownwood turned herself in on a warrant related to theft of services greater than $500 less than $1500.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Shanna Lynn Hughitt of Mullin on a warrant related to engaging in organized criminal activity. Hughitt is being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39-year-old Marjorie Elaine Schneider of Early on a warrant related to engaging in organized criminal activity. Schneider is being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond.
*35-year-old Katrina Leann White of Brownwood turned herself in on a warrant related to manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone.
