Wednesday, July 15

*2:20 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of Center Avenue regarding theft.

Thursday, July 16

*10:27 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of 12th Street regarding the theft of a firearm.

*12:08 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2700 block of Memorial Park Drive regarding animal cruelty to non-livestock animals.

*12:14 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 2000 block of 4th Street regarding the burglary of a vehicle.

*2:43 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2400 block of 1st Street regarding the burglary of a vehicle.

*4:39 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Avenue B regarding theft.  According to the report, an unknown subject removed a bicycle and gas can from the property without consent of the owner.  An investigation is ongoing, the report states.

Friday, July 17

*9:22 AM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the area of Austin Avenue and Norwood Street.  During the stop, the officer located numerous items of drug paraphernalia, the report states.  The driver was subsequently issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

*2:19 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 1200 block of Austin Avenue regarding a domestic disturbance.

*3:10 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of W. Commerce regarding theft.  According to the report, this call led to the arrest of the suspect, identified as 23-year-old Nolan Reese Allen of Voss, Texas, for theft greater than $50 less than $500.

*5:02 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1900 block of Avenue D regarding a domestic disturbance.

*11:24 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 1700 block of 13th Street regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, an investigation determined that another offense had occurred after it was found that the back window of the victim’s vehicle had been shattered.  An investigation was started, the report states.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year-old David John Belle of Watsonville, California for public intoxication.

*Brownwood Police arrested 36-year-old Alandra Nicole Dillard of Brownwood on warrants related to manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 equal or greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams in a drug free zone and delivery of a controlled substance drug free zone.  Dillard was later released on bonds totaling $40,000.

*47-year-old Kittredge LaWayne Evans of Austin, Texas turned himself in on a Mills County warrant related to motion to adjudicate/possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.  Evans was released on a $10,000 bond.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old Tamara Dawn Hopkins of Brownwood on a warrant related to motion to revoke/driving while intoxicated.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22-year-old Delisa Renee Liendo of Brownwood on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams.

*42-year-old James Earl Nickerson of Brownwood turned himself in on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42-year-old Thomas Reed Stewart of Brownwood on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.

*Brown County sheriff’s office arrested 43-year-old Roger Leroy Thomison of Bangs on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.

Saturday, July 18

*9:29 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to Brownwood Regional Medical Center regarding a sexual assault which took place in Stamford, Texas.  Information obtained was forwarded to the Stamford Police Department, the report states.

*10:39 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding a sexual assault.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 18-year-old Nikky Michelle Robles of Brownwood on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/theft of property greater than $50 less than $500.

Sunday, July 19

*1:13 AM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the area of Gill and Main Streets for speeding.  According to the report, the vehicle was traveling 57 mph (as radar indicated) in a 40 mph speed zone.  This stop led to the arrest of 27-year-old Juan Rolando Perez, Jr. of Brownwood for driving while intoxicated 2nd.

*8:39 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2600 block of Crockett Drive, the Brownwood Regional Medical Center, regarding a sexual assault.

*10:37 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of E. Commerce Street regarding theft.  According to the report, suspects stole items from a business in the area.  A description of the suspects was obtained and an investigation is ongoing, the report states.

*1:54 PM – Brownwood Police were responded to a residence on Duke Street regarding a suspicious call.  According to the report, a child called 911 and advised the dispatcher that she heard a loud noise and that her mother came to the phone and told the child to call the police and hurry.  This call led to the arrest of 27-year-old Hugo Pascual Villarreal of Brownwood for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, the report states.  Villareal was released on $15,000 bond.

Monday, July 20

*Brownwood Police arrested 44-year-old Bryan Thomas Duke of Brownwood on warrants related to no liability insurance, failure to appear, failure to register vehicle and open container.

*Brownwood Police arrested 21-year-old Jacob Thomas Duke of Austin, Texas for possession of drug paraphernalia.

*Brownwood Police arrested 45-year-old Frances Elaine Liles of Coleman on a warrant related to theft of property by check.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old Bryan James Temple of Brownwood for burglary of a habitation with intent to commit assault family violence and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
