Saturday, June 29
*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 4200 block of Shawnee Drive regarding criminal mischief. According to the report, the complainant stated that during the overnight hours, an unknown person had shot and damaged two windows to the residence causing damage estimated at $800.
*5:30 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was called to the Oak Point area. According to the report, a porta potty was burnt to the ground. The complainant stated that she had heard fireworks around the area but was unsure if that was the cause, the report states.
*10:00 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a property on County Road 162 regarding theft. According to the report, the complainant had been at the location two weeks ago and when he returned, he found that approximately $1000 worth of scrap iron pieces and some aluminum had been stolen.
Sunday, June 30
*9:54 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was called to a residence on Thunderbird Drive regarding a 911 call that had been interrupted. According to the complainant, he and his grandson were involved in an argument and when the complainant attempted to call 911, his grandson pulled the phone cord out of the wall breaking it into two pieces after the complainant had asked him to leave. The suspect then went outside, threw a wooden yard ornament resembling a bear into a bedroom window breaking the glass out of the window and then left on foot, the report states.*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy received a report of theft at a residence on County Road 234. According to the report, the complainant stated that a known person stole some of his prescription medication, valued at $59.99. He did wish to pursue criminal charges, the report states.
Monday, July 1
*Brownwood Police arrested 18-year-old Anthony Aguirre on a warrant for theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Aaron James Deal of Bangs for driving while license invalid with previous conviction.
*32-year-old Sky Dwayne Brewer turned himself in on a warrant for motion to adjudicate/assault causes bodily injury family violence.
*20-year-old Symone Ladora Jackson turned herself in on a warrant related to criminal mischief greater than $50 less than $500.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Tracy Jean Stone of Bangs on an indictment for abandon/endanger child.
Tuesday, July 2
*12:25 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the area of 6th Street and Avenue B regarding a disturbance. This call led to the arrest of 49-year-old Paula Renee Foytik for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, the report states.
*12:59 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 500 block of E. Commerce regarding the burglary of a vehicle. According to the report, the complainant reported an unknown suspect stole a blue Igloo cooler which contained an unknown number of beers from his 2008 GMC pickup.
