LECSmAt approximately 4:08 AM Thursday morning, Brownwood Police responded to the 2600 block of Crockett Drive, Brownwood Regional Medical Center emergency room, regarding an assault.  According to the report, a female identified as Kelli Livingston had assaulted two nurses who were attempting to treat her for an overdose.

Livingston was reported to have been brought to the ER by Early Police Department after consuming a large amount of alcohol and medication and having told various people that she “wanted to die,” the report states.  Livingston allegedly kicked one nurse in the left side of the neck and twisted the nurse’s hand.  She also allegedly struck another nurse in the chest with her right hand and threatened to kill her.

Livingston was reported to have used loud and profane language during the assault and with police officers during her arrest.  She also forcefully kicked an officer as he tried to place her in the patrol unit, according to the report.  Livingston was arrested for assault and for resisting arrest, search or transport, the report states.

*3:52 PM – Brownwood Police were called to CiCi’s Pizza in the 1100 block of Clements regarding theft.

*5:300 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of W. Commerce, Wal-Mart, regarding theft.

*5:43 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding the sexual assault of a child.  According to the report, the mother of the child reported that her 14-year-old daughter had been sexually assaulted by a 23-year-old male.  According to officials, the juvenile female and the adult male (who has been identified) had been in contact via Facebook prior to the sexual encounter.  The incident is pending further investigation, the report states.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a stolen checkbook by a known suspect.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 33-year-old Kendra Lynn Cowan for No Seat Belt – Driver and for a warrant related to failure to appear.

*39-year-old Nolberto Dehoyos of Del Rio turned himself in on a warrant related to failure to appear/money laundering.  Dehoyos is being held in the Brown County Jail on $75,000 bond.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35-year-old Royce Edward Hashberger on a warrant for motion to revoke/possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48-year-old Michael Wayne Johnson on an indictment related to two counts of theft of property greater than $1500 less than $20,000.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45-year-old Stacie Michelle Moore on an indictment related to motion to revoke/forgery financial instrument.

*Brownwood Police arrested 22-year-old Dustin Lee Williams on a Johnson County warrant for theft greater than $500, less than $1500.

Thursday, July 18

*Brown County Sheriff’s deputies made a pedestrian stop on a subject in the 800 block of W. Commerce.  The subject, identified as 50-year-old Harold Lance Collins of St. Martinsville, Louisiana, had admitted to using alcohol earlier in the day and that he is on several types of medications, the report states.  Collins was determined to be intoxicated in a public place and a danger to himself and others and was arrested for public intoxication, according to the report.
